 Bosch ART 23 Electric Strimmer, 2010-06-23
I have had this a year now and for most of the time it has been a load of rubbish. The line gets snagged and I have to manually pull the line out so it spends about 2 minutes in five upside down being fixed. The lugs on the side of the head assembly that holds the line spool have now broken and I can't get a new head, so I now need a new strimmer.They are only thin plastic and hardly up to the job.
I would avoid this one as there doesn't seem to be many stockist of the line for it anyway. I can only just say it is fit the purpose and I mean ONLY, there are better ones at the same price. 1 star seems too much but it is the minimum rating I can give it.

Really poor quality, I thourght it was going to be good value for money with Bosch but i was wrong silly me did not read the reviwes. The liitle pastic line kept snapping and wasnt cutting the edges of my grass properly.
But i have learnt one thing and thats to read the reviews.

Self cuts the line off inside the spool every few minutes.
Mine was not bought off here and was quickly returned to the store it was bought from. "Do you want another one?" I don't bloomin' think so......

Two factors persuaded me to buy this model: weight and manufacturer.
It does the job as along as the cord doesn't break or get stuck inside then a wrestling match begins which I usually lost. It lies untouched since last summer.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Our old Bosch strimmer although still working was a bit worn so I decided to replace it with this model, it's simple and straightforward to use, is not expensive, and is well designed, What more can I say??
