 A Blow for China., 2010-08-08
After buying several flash drives from far-eastern sources, which were not of any use, I decided to pay more and use a UK provider. It was with great relief, that after loading the memory with data and using it on a second computer, it showed me that I had indeed nearly 8Gb and not merely several Mb. The drive is certainly constructed of a superior plastic and metal banded for any edge damage. To me it is certainly value for money and piece of mind.

I bought this for my 14 year old daughter (who knows all about these things of course!) to back up all her music before her laptop undergoes major surgery involving wiping most of the contents. She already had a smaller one of these and needed the extra memory to hold all her rubb...er, music! It is very compact of course but does the job perfectly. The item arrived by return of post and was well packed. I found that it needed to be reformatted in FAT 32 so that it could be used in conjunction with a Humax FoxSat PVR. This was easily done and I have found the drive works well and is extremely useful in transferring media from my computer to the PVR.

What a waste of money!!! this is the slowest USB I have ever used. I have thrown in the bin because it's so bad.

Arrived quickly, at a good price and allowed us to take a copy of all our family photos with us on a trip abroad in an easily transportable form. Brilliant.
