spend a bit more on a proper audible detector, 2008-10-20
I'm sure there is a place for this type of product ... but I can't think where. If there is dangerous CO present, you want to be warned NOW!!!! So a loud audible alarm is a better buy.
These colour-changing thingies are cheaper, but they don't last very long. It is better to spend £20 on a good quality battery powered detector, which will work out cheaper over 5 years - and is more likely to save your life.
